Does this cost my family anything?

For families enrolled in TennCare, these support services are covered through the program. There is no out-of-pocket cost for the care itself. We'll confirm the details with you on your call.

Why don't you ask for a diagnosis?

Your loved one's medical information is private and protected. We don't need a diagnosis to start a conversation — only a few simple facts about eligibility. Anything sensitive is handled later, securely, by your care team.

How quickly will someone contact me?

Quickly — usually within minutes of your request during the day. A real care specialist calls you directly. No call center, no long hold music, no waiting days for a reply.

What if I'm not sure my loved one qualifies?

That's completely normal, and it's our job to help. TennCare programs are genuinely confusing. Submit the form anyway — if we're not the right fit, we'll do our best to point you toward who is.

Which insurance plans do you accept?

At this time LinkedLivesCare LLC serves individuals on TennCare through the BlueCare plan, as well as the 1915c Waiver program through the Department of Disability and Aging. If you have a different plan, we can still talk through your options.
